  • How many employees do you have?
  • What were the last three years’ revenues? What is the trend?
  • Are you profitable?
  • What will you do after you sell?
  • How much vacation time do you take?
  • Have you determined if the sale will meet your financial needs?
  • What problems do you see in the selling and transition process?
  • How are your financial records?
